My Day Friday

We had beautiful weather this morning for baseball and Zack's team had yet another win.

Afterwards we headed over to Tang Chao for lunch.

My husband tells me that I've alreay taken a picture of this many times before, but that's okay. I have a thing for blue and white china.

A quite afternoon of stitching and the flowers are complete.

So nice having a three-day weekend. I only have to decide on my next project. And maybe clean a little. But that's tomorrow. It's time now for the sandman to do his thing. Goodnite! Best wishes and blessings, Tammy

It's nice to share the blue and white pottery with us...I don't remember them, but then I tend to forget easily! I especially love the ones on top with the wood insert. NICE!
My dishes are white with a dark blue rim (Dansk) and they go with everything! Red or gold placemats are my fav. So, we seem to be drawn to the same colors!
Yeah Zack...another win. And the skies are just beautiful, too.

Have a great 3 day weekend...rest and enjoy!

Hello Tammy...Curious about the three day weekend. Is there a holiday in Kuwait at this time? I would like to know more about the restaurant you ate at and the kind of cuisine you had. See? Curiosity killed the cat but I'm still alive and well and curious about just about everything. Susan

Blue and white china always catches my eye, too. I thought I wanted to do my house in blues once and it wasn't good. But I still love to look at it. Congrats to Zack for his win. Have a good weekend. Diane

hi tammy - I am so sorry I have not gotten back to you :( our internet has been very touch and go and I have not been able to keep up with my blog regularly - (makes me sad) I am Anna over in Oman......SO you stitch - how fun!!! Oman is super fantastic place to visit.... The mountains, wadis oceans and the locals are very, very friendly. You will find Omanis much friendly than most arabs. Although, I have met several kuwaitis since I have been here and they have been very nice... we just have not visited there yet. I could go on... but it might be better in an email :) my email that I check regularly is annatemblayis@yahoo.com . I look forward to talking with ya! Take care and keep stiching - your work is lovely :) xo anna tremblay (linda jo's friend!!)

Nice to see you got out of the house. Zack must be getting psyced with the games his team have been winning. Man, I haven't been to Tang Chao since I went with you and Renee. Is it still just as good? Spent my Friday shopping for shoes with the kids and watching movies.
