He Came Bearing Gifts

My husband loves to travel and he loves to shop. So on a recent business trip, he was able to do both. He made his first trip to Vietnam and came home with gifts galore.

Magnet sets

Wooden figurines

A painting on material and more figurines

Loose tea and a pretty dish with lid

Bamboo placemats

All of this and more. He also bought a new camera just for the trip. I need to find the accessories so I can upload the pictures.

Have been cleaning most of the day. Sometimes you just gotta do it! Hope you are having a wonderful day wherever you are in the world. Friendship blessings, Tammy

What a great shoper your DH is! Love all the figurines but my favoriet is the placemats. They will make a great tablescape.
I too need to clean today (especially my studio).

Have a wonderful weekend.

I love that your husband is a shopper! Bill is too. :) I think he can out shop me in stores. I'm usually the one whining my legs are pooped out and I can usually out shop most in a store. ;) I love all the gifts he brought home. Not only a shopper but a thoughtful one too. A keeper for sure. ;)

Have a wonderful 'warm' weekend. :)

Wonderful gifts from afar.
I can understand why you don't want your pipes to freeze, I don't either. But you know kids, that would be pretty exciting to them. I don't think you have to worry about it there - here, maybe.

Hi, Tammy,
Your husband brought home some wonderful gifts from Viet Nam. That must be a really interesting country to visit. Speaking of cleaning, I noticed dust an inch thick on a shelf in my bedroom. I hate to dust!! Wish I could just wiggle my nose and it be done. Those two romantic images on your header are two of my very favorites of yours. Enjoy your day, dear friend. Sending love and hugs to you~ Vicki

Hi Tammy, Catching up here is like going on a travel excursion with lots of wonderful new food fare to try. I'm giggling at trying as hard as I could to imagine just what it was you were making your children eat along with their cute toast. A bowl of very interesting desert fruit? Hah! Trix? I am so clueless! I so enjoy seeing the beautiful skies in your part of the world. A trip to Vietnam! What wonderful treasures brought home! He did so good! Such fun to visit here! Elizabeth

I think it is so cool that Sam enjoys finding special little things to remember the cool places he goes. He knows your taste very well. I am impressed. The next time we get together, he really needs to give Omar a few lessons... HA! Sam has great taste, and I am thrilled that you were the benefactor of his shopping efforts. Really nice!!!
Enjoy the new camera!!

Love ya,
Renee
