Gwen is always challenging me to create and craft, so last nite I started cross-stitching and finished it this morning. Working on black material isn't so easy anymore. Couldn't get a good picture. The quote says "An old friend met in a far country is like rain after a drought." (Chinese Proverb) I hope to make it into a pillow with the sadu style fabric.

Are you talking about the pink and white one? I actually wore it when we were in Sharjah -- but it was the day we left, so don't have any pictures. Next time I wear it, will take and send a picture. :)
Your need for crafting is coming through. Your ideas are getting more and more creative. Really nice cross stitch you did here. I am feeling the need to pick my cross stitch back up again. I love the fact that you are sharing your work. Really nice!

Start stitching! I do it every nite before bed. I did the same cross-stitch on regular fabric in green colors and gave to Melissa some time back. :)
